What is Gaf's Pandora Returns Policy?
At Gaf we are committed to providing our customers with the best products and service. if something doesn't fit or it's not suitable then you can return the goods for a refund or exchange. You have 14 days from the date of purchase in which to return the item, which must be returned in its original condition with official Pandora packaging.
Is Pandora jewellery covered by a guarantee?
Pandora jewellery items are covered under a 1-year manufacturers' guarantee. Pandora is happy to repair or exchange any items that are deemed faulty within this 1-year period. Manufacturer defects include clasp defects, loose bracelet threads and missing gems stones. General wear and tear on a bracelet and improper cleaning are not covered by the warranty.
Oxidised bracelets and beads are specially treated to give them the dark appearance. The oxidisation does wear off gradually as bracelets are worn, exposed to water and the natural oils in the skin. Please be aware that this is not a defect and therefore this is not covered by the guarantee.
Proof of purchase is required upon return of any faulty goods.
What if my jewellery develops a fault within the period covered by the guarantee?
If your jewellery develops a fault after this 14 day period then you must return the item, together with your proof of purchase, to where you bought it. The items will be returned to the manufacturer for assessment. If Pandora determine that the product is defective, we will issue a credit for the original purchase price of the product.
In the interest of hygiene, earrings are non-returnable.
What if my jewellery develops a fault outside the period covered by the guarantee?
If you bought your jewellery from Gaf then the procedure is the same as above except that you may have to cover the cost of any repair.
Is the guarantee still valid if I have copy brands on my Pandora bracelet?
The above guarantee is deemed void if alternative brands are placed on PANDORA bracelets and necklaces. The Pandora bracelet, for example, is specially designed to hold Pandora beads and a number of alternate brands are too heavy for the chains. We also find that some other brands become caught on our chains or bracelets as the “screw on” mechanism is not as fine. Therefore, we would suggest that only Pandora items are placed on our chains.
How often does Pandora release new jewellery?
A new jewellery collection is released every spring and autumn. Customers on our mailing list will be informed when new charm arrive.
What sizes are Pandora rings available in?
Pandora complementary rings are available in sizes K-S. If you bring your finger into Gaf then we will be able to accurately measure your ring size and order the exact size required.
What bracelet sizes are available?
Bracelets are available in sizes 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 and 23 cm. Bracelet lengths are measured from end to end including the clasp.
What size of bracelet do I need?
To find your bracelet size, take a tailors' tape measure and fit a finger between the tape measure and your wrist before you take a measurement. This extra space is needed because very soon you will be filling your bracelet with lovely charms!
